Abstract

We study a finite, already-prepared quantum carrier V: C → R ⊗ B and ask when its complete residual B responds to the logical code. Exact recovery from R is equivalent to a constant complete complement. Non-Clifford resources neither force nor are forced by such response: a Clifford copier responds, while a local non-Clifford gate and a fixed syndrome with bipartite non-local magic do not. For a controlled-rotation family, δ_full(θ) = (sin θ)/2, ε_rec^R(θ) = (1 − cos θ)/2, 0 ≤ θ ≤ π/2. A first-order commutator witness is sufficient for response, and a Pauli test decides constancy for Clifford encoders. Readout-and-drop is partial trace, and classical records are not a quantum decoder. Version 2 adds eight theorems that turn these separations into criteria a proposal can fail. Residual response never forces a geometric factor, with the exact scope on a fixed residual. Each hypothesis of the conditional bridge is necessary for a magic-accompanied conclusion, while the resource certificate is idle for the printed one. Leakage is not a function of a Clifford flag, a T-count, or a stabilizer-entropy bin, and the worst-case response-indicator error is 1/2. A coupling with vanishing first-order witness has δ_full = 1/2sin^2 λ. Equal leakage occurs with different resources, and equal resource class with different leakage. Channel data do not select a heat ledger; a leakage history does not fix an entropy, record, or Page history; and residual readout followed by drop returns exactly the radiation channel, with the classical-record bound 1 − 1/d kept distinct from 1 − d^{−2} and from clock constants. Version 3 adds a conditional-prediction layer (Section). Sixteen proposed cosmological ``predictions'' become theorems of the form if a package supplies these data, then this holds on the finite carrier, each with a witness and a non-claim. The leakage–response bound holds with the sharp constant, |Δ⟨O⟩| ≤ 2s(O)δ_full ≤ 4‖O‖δ_full with s(O) the spectral spread, equivalently γ_O ≤ 2δ_full, with equality for the copier; the proposed constant 2‖O‖ is false. A constant supplied profile has scalar compression and is blind for every carrier, while a nonconstant one gives the sampling witness (κ_1 − κ_0)sin^2 η + sin 2ηRe c with an input-independent host. Both marginals can be constant while a product observable responds with the optimal value 2. One host datum allows every leakage in [0, 1 − d^{−2}]; a code-dependent qubit clock leaks 1/2√(1 − |⟨τ_0|τ_1⟩|^2); an echo has F_e = d^{−2} yet estimates its parameter; the classical floor 1 − 1/d stays distinct from 1 − d^{−2}; and a coefficient enters only through a supplied sensitivity law. No layer of the five-layer programme implies the next, each arrow of the constraint chain needs an added law, and the eight candidate phenomena remain conjectures with proved finite analogues. No cosmological prediction is made. Standing ledger. No metric, field-to-memory receiver, admitted analytic quantum coefficient, or gravitational backreaction theorem is constructed. O.1 stays NOT_CLOSED; no quantum coefficient is admitted; XV-B's admission exit is not opened; and the separate XVI-N obligations are not discharged.
